The Rays Engineering Sebring Gem Surpass is a 1 piece cast wheel with a 16 spoke face. The concave look of the wheel brings out a particular class that a convex or flat faced wheel does not. The spokes are ribbed which makes a lightweight and strong wheel. The lightness, concavity and the strength of the wheel makes it a great sporty wheel. The wheel comes with a big center cap to cover the lug holes and give it a clean look.
This wheel meets the JWL + R Spec 1 safety standards. RAYS developed the Rays Cast Flow-forming technology (RCF) to keep their wheels very strong but still lightweight. By spin forming the rim of the wheel, it forces a grain like direction in the metal which gives it a very rigid structure. The technology ensures that the wheel is able to take on all external forces provided by the vehicle and driver.
